Looking for things to do in NJ this weekend, March 13-15? Maple sugaring season is almost over, so this could be your last chance to tap trees to get this sweet treat at the Environmental Education Center in Basking Ridge, Echo Hill in Flemington, Tenafly Nature Center or Washington Crossing State Park in Titusville. There are plenty of shows around the Garden State, too, like Roald Dahl’s Matilda the Musical at the Axelrod Performing Arts Center Deal Park.
If you’re worried about exposing your family to coronavirus, here’s what you need to know before heading out. Be sure to call ahead to double check that an event is still happening this weekend.
If you want to stay inside, take a look at our favorite indoor activities. Even though it’s technically winter, you can still experience the great outdoors, so we found some awesome activities the kids will love. Got a bunch of younger kids to entertain? We’ve got activities that cater just to them, plus free events for the whole fam. Check out our calendar for events near you, or browse things to do in NJ this weekend by county below.
