Materials You Will Need:
- analog clock
What to Do:
Start to point out the important times of day on the clock to your child. This could be the time your child gets up in the morning, eats lunch, dinner, or bedtime. You can point this out on a digital or analog clock, and have your child begin to recognize time to the nearest hour at first. If you have an old analog clock, let your child experiment with moving the hands, then see if your child can show bedtime or mealtime on the clock or recognize the time you set.
Place a clock on the bedroom wall at your child's eye level.
