Ingredients:
- 4 tbsp fat-free sour cream
- 12 whole grain crackers
- 12 slices cucumber (1/8-inch thick)
- 3 oz smoked salmon, sliced into bite-size pieces
- 2 Tbsp chopped chives or dill
Directions:
Evenly divide sour cream among crackers. Place cucumber slices on top of sour cream. Top with salmon pieces. Garnish with chopped chives. Refrigerate, covered, unitl ready to serve.
