Hoboken Happy Hours outdid itself earlier this year with its first Hoboken Mac & Cheese Festival. And now there’s more cheesy goodness on the horizon: Crowd favorite Hoboken Pizza Fest is scheduled for next month, and tix are on sale.
On November 16, you and the kids can try some of the most outrageous and popular pizza offerings from Hoboken eateries. There will also be live music, games, swag and a pizza eating contest. Participating locations include Tony Boloney’s (home of the viral Taco Pizza!), Urban CoalHouse, Artichoke Pizza, Napoli’s, Frankie & Ava’s and Dozzino.
Beer and wine ($5/each) will be available for purchase, along with exclusive Pizza Fest t-shirts (who wouldn’t want a shirt that says SLICE SLICE BABY, guys?). A portion of the proceeds benefits Party With Purpose, a nonprofit dedicated to raising money for children’s charities and inspiring community.
General admission tickets for each time session are $25 and include a half-slice of pizza or menu item from every vendor and access to all contests, swag and games. Score 10 percent off by buying for a group of four and 20 percent for a group of six. Kids ages 2 and under get in free.
The 3rd Annual Hoboken Pizza Fest will be hosted at Our Lady of Grace Church at 400 Willow Ave. in Hoboken in two sessions, 1-3 pm and 4-6 pm.
