For great outdoor family entertainment, Roosevelt Park's Plays in the Park make for a wonderful, all-ages excursion. Families flock to these outdoor performances. Going strong for over 50 years, the company produces three full-scale Broadway-style musicals each summer. The theater also runs Kids-in-the-Park, a drama workshop for kids ages 8–11.
