Eat Dinner Cooked by a “Top Chef”
Head to Talde in Jersey City, an Asian- fusion eatery run by Top Chef alum Dale Talde. Long, shared tables span the length of the restaurant, and a huge bar lines one side of the space (it comes in handy, since Talde doesn’t take same-day reservations). Make sure you try the award-worthy dumplings and the spectacular Korean fried chicken. Talde, 8 Erie St., Jersey City; 201-630-0077; taldejerseycity.com.
