For the sixth year, National Geographic is hosting its International Photography Contest for Kids. Children ages 6-14 can enter one photo in any or all of four categories: Animals, Scenery, People, and Humor.
The contest will award prizes to four 1st place and four 2nd place winners in the United States. The four 1st place winners will be entered to compete in an international contest for the grand prize: a trip to Washington, D.C. featuring a special tour of the National Geographic headquarters. The contest is open through October 31, 2012.
