Wanna Dance?

Don’t let the stars have all the fun. Dance lessons are a great way to meet people, improve your balance and coordination, and add some cardio to your day. From belly and ballroom dancing to salsa and swing…burning calories has never been so much fun. So if you wish you could dance like they do on TV, grab a girlfriend or sign up with your sweetie.

Fresh Find

If you’re tired of throwing away fresh food because it goes bad in the fridge before you can work it into a family meal, check out the Produce Saver line from Rubbermaid. Special “crisp trays” protect fruits and veggies from sitting in moisture while top vents allow them to breathe.

dryer bar

Forget Me Not

Try the new dryer bars from Gain and you might forgo the dryer sheets for good. Just attach the holder, slide in a dryer bar (it has a light, fresh scent), and leave it for two months. Easy, peasy.

Protect Your Peepers

Keep your eyes healthy by limiting computer use, shading sunshine, and having regular check-ups. A good rule of thumb to follow is the 20/20/20 rule: Every 20 minutes, take your eyes off the computer (or TV or tablet) for at least 20 seconds and look at something 20 feet away.

Protect your eyes from 99 to 100% of UVA and UVB rays by investing in quality sunglasses. Check out our fave, Oakley Obsessed in Crystal Iris/Black Violet Gradient. Be sure to schedule an annual eye exam so a professional can monitor changes in your eyesight and/or eye health.
