What have you liked least about this winter? The snow? The ice? The brutal cold? Well… its all coming our way again, so be prepared for three days of pretty wild weather.
Tuesday night – Depending on your area you can expect between 1-3 inches of snow, sleet or freezing rain. Making for a messy ride home, and likely messy morning, too.
Wednesday – We're in for more moisture, but if the temps remain above freezing (as they are currently predicting), we should receive mostly rain. Which may melt some of the snow we have, but could also cause flooding in certain areas.
Wednesday night/Thursday – As the temps drop, the rain may turn to snow, making for a lot of messy roads. With possible accumulations of 4-6 inches and possibly up to 12 inches in some parts of NJ.
And while the snow and precipitation is predicted to end on Thursday, the cold isn’t — we’ll see temps in the teens and possibly into the single digits.
Bundle up, stay safe and check the local weather before hitting the road.
