If you love NYC in the spring, the Macy’s Flower Show should be on your radar. Shoppers get to take in stunning plants and flowers from all over the globe transform Macy’s in Herald Square for two weeks.

Starting March 24 through April 7, Macy’s at Herald Square will host Journey to Paradisios, a gorgeous display of breathtaking flora and space-themed scenes. Think alien creatures and sci-fi inspired whimsy. When the show opens, kids will get to meet Peppa Pig in the kid’s department.

Visit the Sinclair Oil Garden on the 7th floor to see Sinclair Oil’s DINO brontosaurus sporting a high-speed jet pack and protecting baby dino eggs. Keep an eye out around the store for The Paradigms, adorable little aliens created for this event. You’ll also spy alien trees, fashion pods decked out in vibrant flowers, FlowerBots and more.

Despite all the unique displays, the best part of the Flower Show might just be the events. For the two weeks the show is running, guests can do everything from take an Interstellar Paint Class to trying your luck at cosmic floral arranging to hitting book signing and demo with Martha Stewart. When the show opens, there will be aromatherapy sessions in the home department, trips to Outer Space with Peppa Pig in the kid’s department and a floral seminar for grown-ups.

Head to Macy’s Herald Square at 151 W. 34th St., New York, NY on March 24 from noon to 4 pm for Opening Day. Check out the event schedule online to RSVP in advance.
