Here’s a great way to get your picky little leprechaun to eat lots of carrots on St. Patrick’s Day!
First, tint some apple jelly with a drop of green food coloring, then spread it on the top of a peanut butter sandwich.
Use kitchen scissors to cut a hat out of the bread, and use celery and carrot pieces for the hatband.
To make the clover leaves, cut a mini marshmallow in half, then snip out the top to shape into a heart.
For the beard, cut baby carrots in half and arrange around the plate.
Use celery for the nose, raisins on marshmallow halves for the eyes, and a twizzler strip for the mouth.
It’s a quick and easy lunch.
