Hudson County Restaurant Week Starts Today!

There are tons of new eateries on this year’s list.

So you’re due for a dinner date, but want to eat on a budget. Hudson Restaurant Week is the perfect time to try a new (or fave) spot for less. It’s happening July 22-August 2.

It’s super simple: All you need to do is check the list of 50+ participating Hudson County restaurants and mouthwatering prix-fixe menus (all reasonably priced), choose your date spot and make a reservation. New restaurants added to the list this year include The Franklin (Jersey City Heights), Green Pear Cafe (Jersey City Heights), Harry’s Daughter (Jersey City), Jersey Social (Jersey City) and Soul Curry (Hoboken).

Local faves that are participating once again include Stewed Cow (Hoboken), Liberty House Restaurant (Jersey City), Molos (Weehawken), Haven (Edgewater), City Perch (Fort Lee) and Fire and Oak (Jersey City). Most restaurants have their prix fixe menu details on the Restaurant Week website.

Some venues offer lunch and dinner, while others only offer dinner. Dates and times vary based on the restaurant, but dinner prices range from $20-40 a head, not including drinks, tip or tax (lunch is a little less ranging $14-20/each). While making a reservation isn’t a must, it’s a good idea since tables full up pretty fast.
