To make this theme kid-friendly, pair your photogenic accoutrements, like cacti balloons, mini piñatas and succulent cupcakes with a taco bar.
“Some parties have goodies for the parents to take home,” says Angela Yu Bae of Angi & Co. This is a great idea if your guest list includes adult chaperones for younger kids. You could also have parents help little ones create a unique terrarium party favor by placing small rocks, a layer of charcoal and store-bought succulents (available at any craft store) into a small fish bowl.
