Handprint Witch
Have the whole family get in on the action to make these "wicked" witches in a variety of sizes.
How to do it:
Dip hands in green paint and then place it on a piece of white construction paper. Using a different color paint, use fingers to draw locks of hair. Cut a hat out of black construction paper and glue it to the top of the head. Use a marker to draw on eyes (or glue on a pair of googly eyes), nose, mouth and broom.

Door Monster
Make sure those trick-or-treaters have something fun and a little spooky to look at when they arrive on your stoop.
How to do it:
Wrap your door in brown construction paper and have the kids create their own unique monster. Let your kids decide how many eyeballs and what color their monster should be. Then cut colored construction paper accordingly and tape to door.

Glowing Mummy Jars
Love the way jack o'lanterns light up your porch, but hate the mess of pumpkin guts? These easy glowing mummies are a solution.
How to do it:
Coat glass mason jars in a thin layer of crafting glue and wrap in white gauze. Secure any loose ends with crafting glue, attach googly eyes and place tea lights inside. For even easier clean up, we recommend the battery operated tea lights.

Eyeball Magnifying Glass
Easy to make and super spooky, leave these lying around the house to freak people out.
How to do it:
Use old magazines (or search Google Images) for pictures of zoomed in eyeballs. The creepier the better. Cut out the eye photos so that they fit into the magnifying glasses and use clear tape to attach.

Bubbling Halloween Potion
A science experiment disguised as a Halloween craft? What more could we ask for?
How to do it:
Combine baking soda, vinegar and green food coloring in mini plastic cauldrons, and watch as the potion bubbles over. Note: The reaction is almost immediate, so place a baking tray under the cauldrons to save yourself a mess.
