Good News for Gamers

Playing video games can actually be good for kids—as long as you keep an eye on how long they play. According to a study published in Pediatrics, children who spent an hour or less playing video games per day have better psychosocial adjustment (higher life satisfaction, social behavior and lower externalizing and internalizing problems, for example) than those who didn’t play at all. Longer playing times were associated with hyperactivity and problem behaviors
