Every fall your Facebook and Instagram feed are probably flooded with amazing pictures from the Great Jack O'Lantern Blaze, and you kick yourself for not buying tickets sooner. Don't make that mistake again this year. The thousands of hand-carved Jack O’ Lanterns will be on display this year not only at the regular Van Cortlandt Manor in Upstate New York, but NJ is getting its own giant blaze this year, too!

Rise of the Jack O’ Lanterns is bringing its festival to the Meadowlands Expo Center this October. There will be over 5,000 carved pumpkins on display. The event will also include four live carving demonstration stations  to show how the artists create the otherworldly multi-pumpkin structures. RISE features a combination of real and fake pumpkins. Rise of the Jack O’ Lanterns runs October 27-30, and ticket cost depends on date and time. Tickets are limited, so get yours soon!

The Great Jack O’ Lantern Blaze takes place at Van Cortlandt Manor in New York. The historical landscape is the perfect backdrop for the 7,000 pumpkins featured in this festival. This amazing walk-through experience features a Jurassic Park recreation, a model of the Pumpkin Zee Bridge, a sea serpent and the Headless Horseman–all made from carved pumpkins! Last year, tens of thousands of people visited the attraction and it sold out every night! Tickets are $20 for adults during the week and $25 on weekends. Tickets for children are $16 for kids ages 3-17 during the week, and $20 on weekends. Children under 3 are free. General public tickets go on sale Sept. 1!
