At College Plaza Pediatrics, board-certified pediatricians Drs. Melissa Morgan and Joseph Fritzky and nurse practitioners Barbara Baggstrom and Michelle Bartlett provide comprehensive, high quality pediatric healthcare to patients from birth to age 21.
“We collectively have more than 40 years of experience in dealing with issues ranging from infant prematurity care to childhood development disorders to teenage issues,” Dr. Morgan says.

The physicians and nurse practitioners provide sensitive, compassionate pediatric care while partnering with parents to put children on the path to optimal health and well-being. They ensure patients and families are always treated with respect and receive personalized attention. The patient-oriented practice offers early morning hours, evening and Saturday hours and telemedicine consults.
“Our top priority is the health and well-being of our patients,” Dr. Morgan says. “We treat using evidence-based medicine and aim to provide guidance that will educate and calm parents.”
A Collaborative Approach
College Plaza Pediatrics blends up-to-date and innovative diagnostic tools with a unique and collaborative approach to healthcare. Along with a full scope of pediatric services, they diagnose and treat pediatric mental health and behavioral issues such as ADHD, depression and anxiety and offer lactation and breastfeeding support services. The practice also provides asthma monitoring, minor laceration repair, wart treatment, acne management and non-surgical molding for newborn ear deformities. “We offer more than the traditional pediatric office,” Dr. Fritzky says. “Our patients appreciate the extra level of care they receive with us.”
The practice has been nominated as an NJ’s “Favorite Kids’ Docs” since inception. The doctors hold hospital privileges at Morristown Medical Center’s Goryeb Children’s Hospital.
