Wellness on the Block Party

Hosted by Rose Gold Wellness, the Wellness On The Block Party is a free, family-friendly celebration of wellness, community, and local businesses.

There will be food from Silantro Lime Tacos Food Truck and iced coffee and treats from Sankofa Cafe. The Kids Corner offers crafts and activities, including Kids Yoga at 11 am. There will be plenty of vendor shopping.

Schedule of events:
11–11:45 am – Kids Yoga with The MindfulNest
12–12:45 pm – Yoga with Hana from Yoga Mechanics
1–1:45 pm – Pilates/ Physical Therapy with Pilates Advantage physical therapy
2–2:45 pm – Dance with Alissa Alter
