Description

Start your day off right with yoga flow. This class will feature a warmup, slow flow, balances, and cool down.

Participants should wear comfortable clothing, use a yoga mat and water bottle.

This class is appropriate for intermediate to advanced students.

The instructor will contact you prior to the first class to provide you with the Zoom Link for the class.
