Valentine’s Cooking Class with Chef Brian Walter

87 Sussex Restaurant in Jersey City is kicking off its Valentine’s Week celebration with an intimate, interactive cooking experience featuring honorary James Beard Foundation Member Chef Brian Walter.

Chef Brian will prepare a multi-course menu right before your eyes.

No cooking experience required.

FIRST COURSE
Thousand Layer Potato
Amber Kaluga Caviar, Crispy Layers of Potato,

SECOND COURSE
Classic Beef Wellington
Prime Filet Mignon, Mushroom Duxelles,

over Tahitian Vanilla Gelato and Crème Chantilly

Enjoy the regular menu along with enticing specials. For a romantic experience for two, try the Chateaubriand for two, which includes Prime Center Cut Tenderloin, Garlic & Herbs, Seasonal Vegetables, and Roasted Potatoes; or Chef Brian’s new menu item, the Rose Petal Ravioli—Hibiscus Pasta stuffed with Ricotta, Chestnuts, Spinach, Tuscan Kale Pesto, and Baby Vegetables.
