Experience the joy of trail running with “Let’s Try Trail Running,” a program for both beginners and seasoned runners.
Each weekly group run will be filled with exploring scenic trails and embracing the outdoors.
Most runs are planned to be between 2.5 to 4 miles. The terrain will vary from technical and steep to flat and comfortable.
All paces are welcome, but participants should be comfortable jogging continuously for at least 30 minutes.
