The Muppet Christmas Carol

East Lynne Theater Company will host a special movie day featuring “The Muppet Christmas Carol” inside the Clemans Theater for the Arts.

The 1992 holiday movie musical, directed by Brian Henson, is based on the original novella “A Christmas Carol” by Charles Dickens, with The Muppets playing most of the major players, such as Kermit the Frog as Bob Cratchit and Miss Piggy as his wife. The primary exception is Academy Award-winning actor Michael Caine, who stars as the miserly Ebenezer Scrooge.

Shows are at 12 pm, 3 pm and 6 pm.

Tickets are $10 each.

Prior to the last showing, East Lynne will announce its the three winners of its year-long 50/50 raffle.
