Chef Kim Fong will take your taste buds on a trip through Asia this summer with HCCC’s special series of Asian cooking classes. In these hands-on courses, you will learn how to cook exciting and flavorful Asian dishes from scratch. Learn about the cultures, traditions, and tastes of Asia. Try 1 or try them all! Share a unique culinary experience like no other with your family and friends.
Chef Fong is an instructor at the Culinary Institute at Hudson County Community College and the Garde-Manger Chef at the Sheraton New York Times Square Hotel.
