Description
This month in the Small Explorers program you'll reading “Jake Makes a World” by Sharifa Rhodes-Pitts and Christopher Myers. The group will explore the Fine Art galleries to see the art of Jacob Lawrence and see how water and color can mix. Make your own watercolor heart and get a little wet exploring the magic of water.
Small Explorers is a free program for local children age 5 and under and their families. Every month they explore a new theme through storytelling, museum objects, crafts, games and playtime.
Programs takes place in-person in the museum. Choose either the 9:45 or 11 am session. Space is limited, registration is required.
