Stressed from work?  Come experience what the Japanese have been doing for years; breathe, relax, smell, and listen to the forest around you.  “Shinrin-Yoku” means “taking in the forest atmosphere” or “forest bathing,” and is a cornerstone of preventative healthcare and healing in Japanese medicine.  Join Park Naturalist Debra Reed on a tranquil, relaxing, guided walk through the forest and let go of the stress created by our urban lifestyles.  Part of the program will involve sitting and experiencing nature; feel free to bring a camping chair if you are uncomfortable sitting on the ground (or indicate on your registration form that you would like to borrow one).  Please note that no restroom facilities are available.

Pre-registration required.  Please visit our website or call us for more information.
