
Saturday Sips is a new monthly wine-tasting series that encourages experimentation and curiosity within the wine world.
The series kicks off on October 25 with Old World wines from France and Italy, featuring eight curated pours (four white, four red) paired with light aperitivo-style bites from Executive Chef Chris Siversen. Guests who stay for dinner afterward will get a special discount on the evening’s featured wine of the month.
Dates are:
October 25 – Old world wines from France and Italy
November 20 – Wines perfect for a Thanksgiving table
December 22 – Sparkling and bubbly favorites for every holiday celebration
More specific details for November and December’s wines will be announced closer to each date.
