Resolution Rx

Kimpton Hotel Monaco is hosting its annual Resolution Rx event in partnership with Girls on the Run, a day of interactive classes and activities showcasing local studios and partners to help the community celebrate the start of spring and kick-start their summer fitness and wellness goals.

Local fitness studios Dharma Yoga, Barre3, Ripped PHL, and Solidcore. Attendees can also recharge with tips and tricks from Dharma Yoga’s Reiki practitioner, card games by Touchy Feely, meditations from Burble, and lymphatic drainage boots, an oxygen bar, and infrared chakra mats from Modrn Wellness; nosh on healthy snacks from Red Owl Tavern; and enjoy non-alcoholic mocktails samples and a workshop on how to make conscious cocktails at home with Gem Life Collective.

Along with entry to a fitness class, the tickets include free access to the wellness room, which offers lymphatic drainage boots, an oxygen bar, infrared chakra mats, meditations by Burble, and more.

Tickets to each class are a $7 donation, 100% of which benefits Girls on the Run, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization designed to enhance participants’ social, emotional and physical skills to successfully navigate life experiences.
