Dependent on weather, at the start of each class participants take a leisurely walk through nature to collect inspiration and talk about textures and images observed for the clay project. No experience required. We will be learning slab and coil techniques as well as various decorating techniques including carving and etching. Participants will learn the properties of clay and focus on making different impressions and patterns in their pieces. Using slab techniques, each participant will be able to make a handful of unique garden markers and or signs. Get ready for spring and beautify your garden!  Pre-registration required.
