Description
Representatives from The Alice Austen House will host afternoon workshops teaching the history of the house and about Staten Island native, Alice Austen, one of America’s earliest and most prolific female photographers.
Children will learn how to be both a subject of a portrait shoot and the photographer. The session will end with a mini-exhibition of the work created by all.
This workshop will occur twice, at 2:45 pm and 4:15 pm.
