Description

Learn how to make perfect pizza dough! For yourself or for a whole family! No experience necessary. Taught by Peter Zachares.

$75 per family. DIY Kit provided. Register in advance to reserve your materials for shipping or local curbside pick up. Please provide your shipping address when registering.

DIY Kit includes dry ingredients and vegetable oil.

Participants will need access to water, mixing bowls, mixing spoons, and refrigerator. A hand mixer or a stand mixer with a dough hook is optional. A baking sheet or pizza pan will be needed to bake pizza after class.

Kit makes enough pizza dough to make two 14" or medium sized pies. Excess dough can be frozen to be used for a later time.

Class takes place Saturday April 10th 2:00 PM EST. If you are booking in a different time zone please plan accordingly. You will receive a Zoom link prior to class.
