
Over Easy Kitchen is rolling out an all-new dinner menu, adding a lineup of elevated comfort dishes to its popular “Over Easy After Dark” dinner service, offered every Friday and Saturday from 4 to 9 pm.
The refreshed menu introduces the Hot Parm with house-made vodka sauce; a rich Spicy Rigatoni with whipped ricotta and pulled short rib; Steak Frites with chimichurri butter, garlic shrimp scampi over fettuccine; pan-seared salmon in a white-wine garlic sauce; cheesy birria tacos with consommé; buttermilk fried chicken and waffle with Thai chili sauce; and the indulgent new Boardain BEC.
The new dinner lineup is complemented by several Over Easy favorites that guests can enjoy all day and into the night.
