NJPAC Community Wellness Fair

This is a free, one-stop shop for health screenings, mind-body classes, mental health resources, giveaways and more.

Vendor tables include hands-on and feet-on activities, like riding a bike to power a smoothie-making blender.

You can get a mammography; lung, glucose and blood pressure screenings; Inside Ability books; artmaking with Montclair Art Museum; a stretch class, soul line dancing, traditional African dance, a soundbath, meditation, restorative yoga.

Visitors will have the chance to collect stamps at each table to complete a “Passport to Health” bingo card. Completed cards are entered into a raffle to win prizes, including a pair of round-trip tickets for domestic travel courtesy of United Airlines; and free tickets to the May 9 performance of the Alvin Ailey American Dance Theater at NJPAC.
