Night Without a Bed

Lunch Break’s Family Promise of Monmouth County presents its 13th annual Night Without A Bed fundraising event.

Event participants are invited to create a $150+ digital fundraising campaign and experience sleeping in a box on-site at the Fort Athletic Club on March 28.

Constructing makeshift cardboard homes that replicate homelessness conditions in a safe environment, individuals will engage in a unique opportunity to learn, hear inspiring stories and advocate for a future where everyone has a safe place to sleep.

The purpose of the event is to raise awareness of the reality of homelessness in Monmouth County, and to raise funds to support Lunch Break’s Family Promise, a support agency in Monmouth County that keeps families experiencing homelessness together while providing counseling and financial services as a way for them to achieve permanent housing.
