Description
AirFest 2024 features all-new aircraft and a new format, with 27 planes and helicopters on display.
Running from Thursday, August 29, through Sunday, September 1, this year’s event will include a thrilling F-16 flyover on Friday, along with a variety of unique aircraft fly-ins from the EAA, Aero Club of PA, and other notable organizations.
Look forward to appearances by the New Jersey State Police, AtlantiCare MedEvac, the Mosquito Commission, and the USCG helicopter, plus a special visit from Smokey Bear on Sunday.
Explore iconic aircraft like the Supermarine Spitfire, P-51 Mustang "Double Trouble Two," C-54 "Spirit of Freedom," and SNJ, and learn about their rich histories.
AirFest will also feature live music by Animal House and Devlin, Ted Schwartz’s WWII radio show, food trucks, a beer and wine garden, free caricatures and face painting, as well as vendors and exhibitors, including the 621st Contingency Response Squadron and the F-14 Tomcat Calverton ATG Podcast.
Shore Axes Mobile Axe Throwing will be on-site all four days.
This is an opportunity to experience aviation history up close, and support the NASW Aviation Museum’s mission.
