Maple Sap Collection (Session A)

Collecting the sap is a crucial step of the maple sugaring process. Many methods are used on commercial farms, but the basic idea is the same, moving the sap from the maple trees to the stove.

Participate in the process at Echo Hill. Meet at the playground and then take the five- to ten-minute walk to the sugar bush to help collect sap for sugaring.

Open to age 5 and up. Kids must be accompanied by an adult who is also registered for the program.

The cost is $8 per person.

This program will also be available to groups during weekdays in February. Call to schedule a group program.
