Lunar New Year at The Commons

Bridgewater Commons, in partnership with The Center for Cultural & Creative Exchange, present Lunar New Year @ The Commons, featuring traditional Asian performances and a dragon dance accompanied by the music of beating of drums, cymbals, and gong instruments synchronized to dragon dance movements believed to bring good luck and fortune.
Celebrating the Year of the Fire Horse, the traditional Chinese giving of red envelopes filled with treats and special offers will delight lucky attendees.
Families are also welcomed to partake in a Chinese arts and crafts workshop at the Event Space on both Saturday and Sunday from 12 to 6 pm, located on the Main Level next to Vans.
Live performances take place from 3 to 4 pm both days.
