The Writers Circle hosts a unique opportunity for local writers to connect with literary agents.

This special Agent Panel & Pitch features three well-established literary agents who will discuss the rapidly changing literary landscape, what gets their attention and what turns them off, and the best way to work with any agent, short-term and long-term:

• Elise Howard, DeFiore & Company, focusing on Kids and Young Adult fiction
• Alice Tasman, Jean Naggar Agency, focusing on Adult fiction
• Susanna Einstein, Einstein Literary Management, focusing on a broad range of fiction and nonfiction

Following the panel and Q&A, authors may opt to present a 10-minute manuscript pitch. Pitching is not required to attend, but it’s an excellent opportunity if you have a book ready or nearly ready for market.
