Lantern Festival for Justice and Unity

AAPI New Jersey’s fifth annual Lantern Festival for Justice and Unity is a free, family-friendly event that brings together thousands of people from all walks of life to share in the AAPI community’s dreams of a more just, inclusive, and welcoming future.

Edgemont Memorial Park in Montclair will be illuminated with more than a thousand lanterns representing all the people who have helped light the way forward.

Explore shared histories, build solidarity, and engage in social justice work as you visit community partners and art stations scattered throughout the park.

Food trucks, children’s activities, and live music will round out the evening.
