Indian Cuisine Fundraiser

Experience the thrill of traveling along India's spice coast by cooking unique regional delicacies from Kerala with Gitanjali Nambiar Bakshi.
In her kitchen you will learn how to use spices such as pepper, cardamom, cloves, ginger, cinnamon and coconut to create simple dishes that are both healthy and delicious.
Then, sit down with new friends to enjoy a three-course menu that will include vegetarian dishes, a fish curry and payasam (spiced rice pudding).
A selection of wine and non-alcoholic beverages will be provided.
This fundraising event is $75 per person.
