New Jersey Audubon is hosting In-Person Nature Infused Yoga classes at its Scherman Hoffman Wildlife Sanctuary on Saturdays, March 1 to May 31, from 9:30 to 10:45 am. There will be no class on April 19, May 10 or May 24.

Explore the connections between yoga and nature in this 75-minute class.

Yoga Teacher Kristin Mylecraine will show how yoga is a great way to relax, find inner connection, and increase flexibility and strength.

No experience is necessary; all levels are welcome. For ages 15 years and older.

Arrive 10 minutes early and bring a yoga mat if you have one (some will be provided). Preregistration is required. Ticket sales end at 4:30 pm on the Friday before each class.

This workshop will be held outdoors when the weather is suitable. During inclement weather it will be held indoors.

Cost: $15 members, $19 nonmembers.
