Highlands St. Patrick’s Day Parade

The Highlands Business Partnership will paint the town green for the 21st Annual St. Patrick’s Day Parade.

Step off is at Huddy Park (329 Bay Ave.) and proceeds down Bay Avenue.

This free event will feature colorful festivities celebrating Irish culture, with nearly 100 marching units including bagpipers, marching bands, Irish dancers, and decorated floats.

In honor of America’s 250th anniversary, this year’s parade will also include a patriotic nod to our nation’s history, inviting participants to creatively blend Irish pride with red, white, and blue.

Join in the fun at the annual float competition, with trophies awarded in four categories: Best of Show, Most Original, Prettiest, and Best Apparatus.

Following the parade, enjoy pipe bands, live entertainment, and St. Patrick’s Day celebrations at one of Highlands’ many great restaurants. .
