We'll be ringing in the noon year at the library! Children who might not be able to stay awake until midnight are invited to count down to noon and celebrate the new year. Participants will have the opportunity to make a few crafts, dance, and sing! Join the fun on Monday, December 31 from 11:30 a.m.-12:30 p.m.
