P-Tech Planetarium, the Solar System Ambassadors and Paterson Great Falls National Historical Park are teaming up with the Paterson Museum to present “From Paterson to the Planets: A Stellar Family Adventure.”
Come to the museum on Saturday, June 14, from 10 am to 3 pm to blast off into the solar system for an interactive and educational experience.
Participate in STEM activities throughout the museum and visit P-Tech’s portable planetarium to learn about the planets in the solar system.
As part of the day’s activities, Solar System Ambassador Michael Greene will be presenting “A Voyage Through the Solar System” at 11 am and 2 pm.
Lots of great take-home activities and giveaway items will be provided.
Explorers will be provided with a Space Passport and those who visit every station can collect stamps for a special prize.
This program is in-person.
Admission to both the activities and the museum are free, and the public is invited to attend.
This program is recommended for children 4-10 years but all ages and abilities are welcome.
The Paterson Museum, located at 2 Market Street (on the corner of Market and Spruce streets) is in the Paterson Great Falls National Historical Park.
