The Middlesex County Sheriff’s Office will hold a free car seat safety clinic on select dates at the Middlesex County Fire Academy, 1001 Fire Academy Dr., Building 5, Sayreville.
Certified child passenger safety technicians will inspect your car seat, demonstrate how to install it properly, provide hands-on education on the proper use of car seats and boosters, and share valuable information about child passenger safety laws and guidelines.
No appointment is needed.

Saturday, December 14: 9 am to 1 pm
Wednesday, December 18: 3:30–7:30 pm
Saturday, January 11: 9 am to 1 pm
Wednesday, January 15: 3:30–7:30 pm
Wednesday, January 22: 3:30–7:30 pm
Saturday, February 8: 9 am to 1 pm
Wednesday, February 12: 3:30–7:30 pm
Wednesday, February 19: 3:30–7:30 pm
In addition, free car seat inspections are available by appointment during weekdays at Middlesex County Sheriff’s Office, 701 Livingston Ave., New Brunswick, from 8 am to 2 pm. Contact Brittney Brodniak at 732-745-3375 to schedule an appointment.
