Description

The fall program will pick up where the summer gardening program left off. This hands-on experience will enable you to maintain and nurture the plants you have already started growing.

On the days when the group is scheduled to cook, you will convene in the Recreation and Cultural Center's kitchen classroom. Here, you will have the chance to learn new recipes that showcase the fresh herbs and vegetables harvested from the garden. This will be a valuable opportunity to explore innovative ways to incorporate your homegrown produce into delicious and nutritious meals.

The Class Activity/Location Schedule will be:

• Gardening Location: Plainsboro Preserve, Thursdays: 9/12, 9/19, 10/3, 10/24 from 4-5 pm
• Cooking Location: Plainsboro Rec. Kitchen Classroom, Thursday:  9/26, 10/10, 10/17, 10/31, 11/14 from 4-6:30 pm
