Mondays 3:45-4:30pm (K-3rd grade) Tuesdays 1:15-2pm (3-6 years) All of our children’s classes encourage our little yogis to explore, grow, and be empowered in our safe and joyful community. At BIB, being a yogi means knowing how to listen to, respect, and honor your body. Our children’s yoga classes emphasize hearing your body’s “voice,” accepting your body, having gratitude and appreciation for your inner qualities and respecting your limits. Empowered Kids will learn breathing and visualization techniques to improve focus as they increase strength, flexibility, and coordination. They will also practice self-respect and respect for others through fun and challenging poses, partner and group poses, and yoga games. Class packages expire (5 class package expires in 2 months and 10 class package expires in 4 months)
