Chopped Champion and Executive Chef Andrew Riccatelli of The Hudson Rose in Nutley will cook at Pop’s Corner for the night.
A la carte menu options include Little Gem Caesar salad, steak tartare, kimchi fried chicken, octopus carpaccio, Hudson Rose burger, Jersey littlenecks, roasted chicken “parm,” veggies with hummus, Piedmontese ribeye, grilled branzino, “MAF” & cheese, crispy duck fat potatoes, roasted broccoli, birthday cake and cinnamon roll sundae.
