Description
End your stressful day with calming yoga. This virtual class will feature a warm up, yoga poses, balances and cool down.
This series is for yogis ages 15+. Appropriate for all experience levels.
There are eight classes that meet from 6-7 pm Tuesdays, April 4 to May 30. There is no class on April 25.
Register in advance. Cost is $40 for residents, or $56 for non-residents starting March 20.
