Description

New Jersey Audubon is hosting a Creative Photography lecture at its Scherman Hoffman Wildlife Sanctuary.

In this lecture, Jacki Dickert will delve into "the art of seeing," incorporating elements of design into images, awakening the imagination, and using the camera to its fullest to create special effects. In addition, she will demonstrate some digital editing effects and techniques that will allow for the creation of unique works of art.

Participants will leave feeling encouraged about making beautiful images without having to travel to exotic locations.

A New Jersey photographer and educator, Dickert  is a recently-retired elementary school teacher. She is now an exhibiting artist who lectures at photography clubs, libraries and community centers around the state.

The cost is $12 for members and $25 for non-members. Registration is required by March 17 at 5 pm via Eventbrite. All participants must pre-register, one person per ticket. Limit 16.
