Description
The NYC Compost Project, hosted by Snug Harbor, will provide a hands-on overview of composting.
Families should bring food scraps that they can contribute along with “browns” such as leaves and pine needles to a compost bin in a lasagna style.
You will also have the opportunity to meet worms who are an integral part of a good compost.
This workshop will be held at 10:30 am and 2:30 pm.
